Philosophy

 

I don’t have a rigid management philosophy — by which I mean — I focus on the success of the project and the team, not only the use of a particular workflow to get there.

I work with stakeholders to design a process that makes sense for the organization, and the project and supports its goals.

As a manager, a facilitator, an ambassador, and a partner, I’m known for anticipating problems before they occur and always taking parallel paths.

I strive to make things happen.

No detail falls through the cracks. Schedules and budgets are both defended and upheld. I motivate people to work hard because I’m working right alongside them.

And, perhaps, most importantly, I love what I do.
